Each order is typically processed and shipped within 24-36 hours of submission, sometimes sooner. Once an order is shipped, Artic Flex support will deliver a tracking number and shipped order update to an email address associated with the order


Currently, Artic Flex offers complimentary shipping via USPS First Mail. The mail class offers fast, nationwide delivery in four days or less, closely matching the speed of Priority Mail. Due to its fast delivery, within 4 days, the mail class is one of the most popular methods to ship with the U.S. Postal Service and is commonly used to send time-sensitive material by the pharmaceutical and finance industries. Deliveries can be shipped to any U.S. address and U.S. PO Box. USPS Tracking and delivery confirmations are included with your order. Shipping delays may occur with USPS First Class Mail. USPS does not operate on Sundays. USPS also recognizes federal holidays. The post office will hold packages in transit on a holiday. Occasionally, USPS experiences a backlog, especially around peak times such as Christmas. The backlog may cause packages to arrive after the estimated time. Weather delays may also play a factor. While USPS delivers in bad weather, severe weather and national disasters can prevent mail from reaching affected areas. Distance also plays a factor. Currently, Artic Flex ships from the east coast. Packages sent to inter-state locations may arrive sooner than packages sent across the country.

Subscription Customers

Buy purchasing a 3 Month Subscription, you are authorizing Artic Flex to renew your subscription every 3 months until you choose to cancel your subscription. The payment method on file will be charged for all renewal orders and three bottles of Artic Flex soft gels, (30 count ea.) will be shipped to the mailing address on file. Subscription Cancellation

We think your bones and joints will miss Artic Flex, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just log in to our website with your credentials. Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Subscription Customers
Any return of a subscription item will be prorated after the first 3-month cycle. First-time subscription customers will be charged single month pricing for used portion(s) of the order and receive a refund of any eligible item (defined in “condition”) after any applicable fees. Your subscription will not be cancelled upon a request for a return. You must cancel your subscription separately from any return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@articflex.com for a return merchandise number and complimentary return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@articflex.com

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Artic Flex, 45 Middle Neck Rd Suite 211 Great Neck, NY 11021, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
